No, we do not. When you get the quote related to the item you want to purchase, the price we send you will be the final one, including VAT, Taxes, shipping costs and fees (potential Customs fees are excluded).

Shipping & Returns

Luxury Addicted does not accept returns on the sold items. FINAL SALE occurs when when a bank wire is received.

Luxury Addicted does not accept returns on items sourced on behalf of a client (or its agent) that were not in our inventory at the time the request was made.  Such orders are considered “custom orders” and custom orders, whether new or preloved, are not eligible for return.

We accept returns only if the items is a different model or has a different colour from the one ordered in our website.

If the item is different from the one you have ordered, please email us at info@luxury-designers.eu within 48 hours of receipt of the item you wish to return.

We take a video of all items prior shipping the parcels and we reserve the right to reject a return if the items appears to have been used.

If you are eligible to have a refund, it will be processed within 15 business days.

The process of your order will start as soon as the bank transfer will be credited in the Luxury Addicted bank account. After that you have 14 days to cancel your order. If you cancel your order within this period you will get a full refund.

After 15 days from the payment, your order can be canceled but Luxury Addicted will apply a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the sold item.

You can change the order within 14 days from the payment.

Each and every customer have at their disposal a personal concierge. He/She will be available at the email address you will receive when you finalize your purchase.

Your order is unique! Every bag is different and totally handmade. You cannot find two identical Hermès bags in the whole World.

For this reason Hermès takes its time to produce a luxury item. However, Luxury Addicted has an agreement with Hermès headquarter and this let us serve our valued customers within a period which goes from 3 to 5 months, skipping part of the long waiting lists.
